**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

1. Manage both import and export transactions.
2. Provide trade-related finance solutions.
3. Accurate fee and interest calculations.
4. Handle correspondence related to documentary import and export letters of credit.
5. Ensure compliance with L/C terms.
6. Expertly check payments understanding Swift rules.
7. Regular follow-ups and liaisons with customers
8. Assist in creating trade finance reports.
9. Funds positioning & accounting reconciliation.
10. Monitor transaction processing.
11. Suggest procedural enhancements.
12. Efficient filing and archiving.
13. Conduct thorough CDD and AML checks.
14. Maintain AML check evidence and report suspicious transactions.
15. Ad hoc duties as instructed by the Head of Institutional Banking.

**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.

** About You**

The ideal candidate will have an interest in banking with a minimum of 1-year experience in Finance or a similar field.

Degree Educated or equivalent in Finance, Economics or Accounting
