The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a passion for bringing on new clients and have a strong desire to excel in their Sales career. Excellent product training provided would suit someone experienced in Lead Generation, outbound calls or 360 sales.

Our client is a well-being company who has had phenomenal success in a short period. An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive  to join in supporting their next growth phase. As a Business Development Executive, you will be one of the first points of contact with any potential customers and an ambassador for the brand, building commercial opportunities through various outbound techniques.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to quickly define and grow their role in the company, with opportunities in leadership.

Duties will include:

  • Research targeted accounts, identifying relevant points of contact and other information to help with creating opportunities.
  • Help to develop and execute an automated strategy to engage with prospects across various channels, including phone, email and social media.
  • Manage a prospecting pipeline and meticulously track the activity on CRM.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs
  • Share best practices with your colleagues and be open to learning from others
  • Deliver and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Reporting and data entry
  • Contribute to improvement of processes where relevant
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks across the business where required

The ideal candidate will have

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in lead generation, sales development or inside sales
  • Experience in cold calling/outbound prospecting
  • Confident in creating & holding conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Able to work independently to meet and exceed targets
  • Resilient and coachable
  • A desire for a long-term career in a commercial role
