Client Service Associate
Job Description
An International Asset Manager wish to recruit Client Service Associates to primarily support Client Service Executives with their business development activities.
Overview
Point of contact for all general client enquiries with a focus on the servicing of wholesale channel clients;
Primary point of contact for queries from subadvisory investors for pooled funds;
Support Client Service Executive's in all aspects of client relationship; account launches, maintenance and transitions;
Close engagement with Product, reporting and risk teams
Coordinate the production and delivery of client reporting
Produce fund commentary and data analysis as required
Gather research on prospective clients and competitive intelligence;
Follow-up on client service and marketing efforts and engage with prospects and consultants;
Update and maintain CRM system and produce MI reports for CSEs;
Coordinate preparation of proposal, presentation and marketing materials
Experience/Skills Required
Undergraduate degree; Business, Finance or Economics majors preferred;
Fixed income knowledge - Preferred
Strong analytical skills and a proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
Proficiency with Bloomberg;
Minimum of two-years experience working in the asset management industry
