Client Service and Platform Support
Job Description
An Investment Manager wish to recruit within the client service and platform support team, this is a broad role that will give the successful candidate experience across many areas all of which are fundamental to the support of an Investment Management Business
Main Requirements
Ad-hoc client reporting and administration of the client portal.
Assisting in the production of monthly Fund Fact Sheets;
Support of other GMC facilitated services - Ad hoc reports to assist the Front office functions.
To support the Head of Client Services in the delivery of strategic projects, this will include:
The implementation of new systems, policies and controls.
Working to enhance data integrity throughout team so that it can be used in a structured and efficient manner.
Platform Administration, execution and implementation of the MPS Model Portfolios
Third Party Fund set ups on multiple platforms
Execution of investment instructions from IFAs on platforms that are not fully automated
Experience Required
1-2 years front office support experience in wealth management in an administration / operational capacity
An enthusiasm and aptitude for digital client servicing and a general understanding of trends and tools in the industry
Able to operate with senior front office stakeholders as well as operations teams
Good knowledge of asset / wealth management
Degree educated - preferred
