Job Description

A London based boutique investor relations capital markets firm looking to appoint an associate Director to support the team.
 
Manage the day to day relationship with small mid cap sized Corporate clients and support in a full advisory capacity.
 
This will include support around messaging and storytelling in results collateral Investor feedback, market intelligence, investor targeting, roadshow planning .
 
You will work with senior leadership and IR teams to advise on equity story positioning valuations, peer benchmarking, share register analysis and targeting, capital raising/structures.
 
You will have regular direct engagement with investors and provide succinct feedback to corporate clients.
 
ECM Corporate Broking or In hose IR.
