HR Generalist
Job Description
Our client is a international trading house based in the heart of the city, An exciting opportunity has arisen for a experienced HR Generalist to cover a Maternity Leave absence. This is a fixed term contract for 14 months. Suited for someone with a 360-degree HR skill set, a commercial approach, and a proactive attitude to deliver a 'Market Leading' employee experience.
**Your Role**:
- First point of contact for HR queries for the Trading and Support teams across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Handle performance management, employee lifecycle management including offboarding.
- Provide support to the HR Manager, ensuring operational excellence.
- Maintain HR records and administer various HR tasks.
- Manage HR invoices processing.
- Oversee immigration processes and employee mobility.
- Administer HR systems, manage reporting, payroll, and benefits.
- Promote employee welfare, equality, and safety.
- Adhere to Compliance policies and procedures.
**The ideal candidate will have **:
-Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity ie HR Generalist experience, preferably in Financial Services.
- Experience with employees in international offices ( Desirable)
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, HiBob, and Culture Amp.
- Essential experience in supporting UK immigration applications.
**Work Arrangement**:
- Hybrid working model, minimum 3 days in-office, reporting to the UK HR Manager.
