Institutional Client Services
Job Description
An independent investment management firm is currently seeking a professional, dynamic and detail oriented individual to join its Institutional Sales and Client Service Team.
Main Duties
Working closely with the Sales Directors and Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client service.
Manage onboarding and off-boarding for institutional clients through coordination with the client, sales director, operations colleagues as well as custodians and key client partners to ensure a smooth transition.
Represent the firm as the client’s primary operational point of contact.
Perform account administration and maintenance tasks accurately and in a timely manner, including:
Tracking and communicating client cash flows
Maintaining and reconciling account information/contact data on relevant systems
Regularly updating data in our systems to reflect changes as they occur and verifying and reconciling account information and activity with internal teams.
Scanning and indexing documents for records retention.
Working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve day-to-day client issues consistent with internal policies and procedures.
Build a rapport with clients, as well as the client’s partners such as consultants and custodians.
Assure prompt, accurate fulfilment of all client requests and inquiries, including but not limited to: requests for information, questionnaires, performance, operational issues
Experience Required
No less than 3-4 years experience in a similar role and industry
Adept at prioritisation.
Team oriented and team player.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
