Job Description

Our client is a leading financial institution based in the city of London. An opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join the Lending Operations team.

Duties will include:

Loans

• Prepare and provide the MM Traders with a daily Funding sheet of loan activity
• Provide the MM Traders with a daily Prime Position sheet
• Input new borrowings, rollovers, repayments, and draw downs in Loan IQ system
• Process all Bilateral transactions in Loan IQ
• Send out rate setting notices to our direct clients
• Send out intent and rate setting notices for the deals agented bythe client
• Prepare payment templates for new borrowings and draw downs
• Process all interest and fees in Loan IQ system
• Input the FX and Daily Libor rates in Loan IQ
• Maintain the Loan files

LCs

• Prepare the Letter of Credit for new issuances
• Process new Letter of Credit deals in Loan IQ system
• Input new issuances, increases, decreases and extensions in Loan IQ system
• Input Bank LC exposures in Credient
• Process LC fees in Loan IQ system
• Process monthly Interest draws
• The ideal candidate will have:

The ideal candidate will have +5 years within a similar role with a good understanding of processes and systems

• Experience of market based systems such as LoanIQ and Swift
• Good Team player with excellent communication skills.
• All facets of the Loan life cycle
• All facets of the LC life cycle.
