Job Description

An international banking institution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loan IQ Specialist on a contract basis for approx. 3-6 months, you will play a critical role in training new staff and utilizing your strong knowledge of Loan IQ to support lending operations.

Responsibilities:

Building Deals and Facilities from Facility Agreements: Utilize your expertise in Loan IQ to accurately build and set up deals and facilities based on the provided facility agreements.

Perform manual transactions such as Manual Funds Flows, Manual Cashflows, and Manual GLs in Loan IQ, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Handle agency loans within the Loan IQ system, including processing necessary updates, amendments, and maintenance.

Booking Circles and Amendments: Efficiently book circles and amendments in Loan IQ, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded.

Booking Pricing Changes: Record pricing changes in Loan IQ, ensuring accurate calculations and maintaining compliance with established guidelines.

Booking Repayment Schedules: Update and maintain repayment schedules in Loan IQ, reflecting changes and ensuring accuracy.

Booking Rollovers and Rate Fixings: Perform rollovers and rate fixings in Loan IQ, ensuring accurate and timely execution.

Updating remittance instructions and booking payments: Manage remittance instructions and accurately book payments in Loan IQ, ensuring proper allocation and reconciliation.

Requirements:

Proven experience working extensively with Loan IQ, demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and processes.

Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed within Loan IQ.

Ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions within Loan IQ.

Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

If you possess the required skills and have a proven track record using Loan IQ please reach out, the role will be a combination of amending/cleaning data and at the same time training team members.

This is a hybrid role so 3 days pw in the office offering an attractive day rate.
