Our client is seeking a experienced Office Manager / PA who is looking for a new role .This is a very broad exciting role suitable for someone who is able to multi task and not afraid to role their sleeves up.
This exciting role as a Office Manager will be a varied role with no day being the same. Duties will range from providing support to senior management, taking responsibility for visitors, dealing with finance related queries and office related duties.
It’s an exciting time to be joining my client as there is huge growth and opportunity at the company and you will be an integral part of this.
The ideal candidate will be positive in character and comfortable reporting to senior members of staff. They will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate effectively with other team members.
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office required
- Background in Office Management, PA/EA
- A positive and can do attitude
- Interest in sustainability
