My client is a global financial institution, who are looking to fill 4 Permanent positions in London, paying up to £55K plus benefits.


A Remediation Analyst - PMO within Transformation Customer Remediation (TCR) is a specialist change team within Transformation. The QA Team is a shared service that operates across all projects and processes across the Remediation Portfolio.  We are the Centre of Excellence for remediation projects – compensating customers for mistakes we have made in the past. Ensuring that all learnings from previous errors are fed back into our Product and Business teams whilst supporting a broad range of stakeholders.


This opportunity is location flexible. We will consider requests for locating the role at an alternative key UK office from that advertised.

We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.


What will you be doing?
• You will be involved in developing and maintaining the central Portfolio Plan and reporting, including consolidation of project plans across the portfolio. 
• Contributing as part of the Remediation Portfolio Team to the successful outcomes of projects.
• Being responsible for following the Governance process and deliverables on complex and high-profile Remediation programmes that are presented to the FCA
• Supporting the delivery of the strategic TCR dashboard, including, expediting risks and issues. Reporting progress to senior management as required
• Proactively highlight any threats to TCR project delivery and ensure that the critical path is always clearly identifiable and known to all relevant owner’s/key stakeholders.
• You will ensure that TCR Portfolio governance is applied consistently throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Translating complex detailed project statements into executive commentary palatable to Senior management
• Ensuring adherence to Change Control procedures in line with the Change Management Framework


What we’re looking for:
• You will be able to produce materials and MI at an Exec level an proficient with MS Excel
• Have a proven track record working in a Portfolio/Programme/Project Management Office (PMO) to drive governance and control of change delivery.
• Successfully operated and delivered a PMO service at Portfolio/Executive level
• Being able to respond to urgent demands, manage changing priorities and deliver to tight timescales


Skills that will help you in the role:
• Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills and able to bring across complex messages clearly and succinctly - Attention to detail
• Being able to respond to urgent demands, manage changing priorities and deliver to tight timescales
• Extensive experience in Chairing meetings up to a senior level; to confidently deliver the purpose and agenda items of meetings and strong Stakeholder management,
• Experience of working on large and complex business projects, programmes, or portfolios
