Process Documentation Specialist - 12 month FTC
Job Description
A banking institution in the City wish to hire a Process Documentation Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring that operational procedures align with the latest regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Periodic Reviews: Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing processes within the private banking division to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Documentation Updates: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and maintain detailed process documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current industry regulations and best practices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards, proactively updating procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations governing private banking operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including compliance officers, risk management teams, and front-line staff, to gather insights and feedback for continuous process improvement.
- Training and Communication: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate relevant teams on updated procedures, ensuring seamless implementation and adherence across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process documentation within the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements governing banking operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
