Job Description

Our client is a leading financial services company. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join the company on a 3 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Receiving in post and processing / distributing it
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Basic administrative tasks including archiving documents

Core skills required:

  • Knowledge and experience of Jabber or similar telephone system
  • Ability to undertake basic administration efficiently
