An overseas banking institution wish to recruit within structured finance for loan syndications, the mandate will be to manage, lead, coordinate and develop structured lending business and primary/secondary syndication activities within the EMEA region.

Main Duties

Arranging, structuring, book-running, distribution and participation of Syndication transactions within the EMEA region with the purpose to obtain mandates for bookrunning syndication transactions. Build up the loan portfolio as well as the market track record for the Bank’s Syndication business.

Carry out and coordinate the branches in carrying out marketing activities on and build up relationship with market peers and clients. Identify and originate business opportunities from existing and prospective clients and Financial Institutions in primary and secondary loan market.

Undertake market sounding and produce Syndication Opinion and Liquidity and Underwriting Analysis;

Conduct and coordinate and guide the respective branch(es) to conduct in-depth analysis on potential business opportunities, including but not limited to business analysis, sector analysis, debt structuring and pricing analysis.

Initiate and complete, or and coordinate respective branch(es) to initiate and complete, according to importance and complexity of respective transaction, the credit process of the respective transaction.
