Sales Support - Investment Management
An Investment/wealth management business are seeking an intelligent, proactive and motivated individual to provide high levels of sales support and analysis to existing and potential investors.
Prospecting/ Lead Generation: This will require an existing understanding or a desire to learn about various types of institutional clients (Private Banks, Discretionary/ Advisory Wealth Managers, Family Offices)
Learning how to put together an appropriate pitch in order to engage with each of these client types.
Conducting research on prospects, and then calling them to set up meetings/ update on strategies etc. o Leading, attending and minuting client meetings, where appropriate
To produce, maintain and improve the desk’s internal information and systems
Maintain the Risk Report for Compliance & Risk o Assist with monthly & quarterly internal reporting o Produce monthly Management Information around sales productivity & capture Net New Assets generated by the team
To co-ordinate the completion of RFP’s, questionnaires, proposals and other technical requirements for clients.
Become primary contact for any external strategic partners including but not limited to third party distributors and online institutional databases
Extensive experience with Word, PowerPoint and Excel Experience Desired
Prior experience within the Investment Management Industry preferable
2 A’ Levels grade A-D or equivalent qualification
University Degree – Bachelors or Master (desired)
