Are you a skilled and detail-oriented payroll professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Senior Payroll Specialist on a full-time basis.

**About the Role:**
As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will oversee global payroll processes for our growing workforce of approximately 350 employees based in the United Kingdom, EMEA, and the USA. You will also assist with payroll coverage for Asia and Australia during absences. Your key responsibilities will include:

**Key Duties:**
- Process payroll accurately and timely for around 400 employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal requirements.
- Verify and validate timekeeping records, including leaves, overtime, bonuses, and other relevant data.
- Calculate wages, salaries, deductions, and benefits, including tax and National Insurance contributions.
- Prepare and distribute pay statements, payslips, and necessary reports.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless integration between payroll and employee data systems.
- Stay updated on UK, EMEA, and USA payroll legislation and regulations.
- Process and submit necessary payroll reports to government agencies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and payroll information.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of payroll processes, systems, and policies.
- Assist with year-end payroll processes, including issuing tax forms.
- Collaborate with HR and external vendors to administer employee benefits accurately.
- Perform additional payroll administration duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in international payroll administration, preferably handling a payroll of 200-400 employees.
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, tax codes, and employment regulations.
- Proficient in using payroll software and computer systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ethics and integrity, maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
